Total ankle and total shoulder replacement. 3 vessel coronary bypass. Finally exercising again after years of inactivity due to arthritis and recovery from surgery Total knee, aortic valve, pacemaker & mild congestive heart failure. Have started 500 & 1000s to see how well I tolerate them. So far ok. Added the SkiErg to my workouts.
