I'm a former elite lightweight rower and currently the head coach of the Rowfit team. Over the course of my competitive career, I’ve earned 13 Swedish national championship titles and represented Sweden internationally, securing a bronze medal at the World Rowing Cup in 2022. I currently hold the Swedish national record for lightweight 2K, with a time of 6:11.7 on the Concept2.

Today, I coach athletes of all levels to achieve personal bests and podium finishes through structured, science backed training and elite level support.
