Started Rowing in College for Mills in CA, Finished at Cal Berkeley varsity hvy weight 3 yrs. nat team 2 years, Generally put in the middle of the boat. Rowed every boat imaginable. Love Pairs. Can handle port or starboard and two oars at once. Been on a 15 year hiatus to ride horses in dressage. Still ride but really miss rowing.
Rebuilt knees, 1 shoulder, 1 ankle, 2 wrists, 1 elbow and one hand. Lots of Aleve... still strong and will be into my 90s.
